Our store is committed to delivering fresh and high-quality food products. If you receive an item that is damaged, expired, or incorrect, please contact us promptly so we can review your case.
For approved claims, we may offer a replacement or a full refund, depending on the situation. Evidence such as photos may be required to confirm the issue.
Please note that, due to hygiene and safety standards, food, snacks, and fresh items cannot be returned once opened or used, unless a defect is confirmed. Unopened products in their original packaging may be eligible for return within a limited timeframe.
Cancellation Policy
Customers may request cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order, as long as it has not been processed. If approved, the full amount will be refunded via the original payment method. Orders already processed or shipped cannot be canceled.
